Petalidi is about 24 km from Kalamata, 22 km from Koroni, 38 km from Methoni, 46 km from Pylos, and 48 km from Finikounda, making it an ideal base for exploring Messinia, from castles and historic villages to the region’s most famous beaches. Just 250 meters from the villa, you’ll find an organized beach, perfect for a refreshing drink or coffee with your feet in the sand. The village itself offers everything you need for your stay: supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, tavernas, cafés and bars, a health center, and a bakery are all within walking distance, so you won’t need your car. The 75 sq.m. villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a living room, with 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook whenever you wish, while air conditioning, TV with video on demand, washing machine, workspace, and beach towels ensure your daily comfort. Families with children will also find toys and books available. Outside, the private garden and outdoor shower complete the relaxing seaside experience. There is one parking space in the courtyard, with additional spots on the street, and public transport is easily accessible nearby.
